The MICHELIN Guide Returns with the 2nd Abu Dhabi Food Festival

This November, Abu Dhabi’s culinary scene is set to dazzle as the MICHELIN Guide hosts its second local Food Festival, in collaboration with Experience Abu Dhabi. From November 22 to 24, the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental will transform into a gastronomic hub, showcasing an extraordinary lineup of local and international chefs from 20 MICHELIN Guide-recommended restaurants.

The festival promises an exceptional culinary journey, featuring specially curated menus, exclusive dishes, and diverse masterclasses. Visitors will experience a fusion of traditional Emirati flavours with modern gastronomy, embodying the essence of Abu Dhabi’s rich food culture. This immersive event will highlight the emirate’s dynamic and evolving culinary landscape, offering attendees an opportunity to indulge in unique creations and meet the chefs behind them.

Beyond the exquisite dishes, the festival will offer three exclusive masterclasses, giving food enthusiasts a chance to learn from renowned chefs. The highlight of the event, the MICHELIN Stars Table, will feature a collaborative six-hands dining experience where local and international chefs come together to create unforgettable meals. Attendees can also explore a marketplace featuring local producers, indulge in premium pastry and beverage tastings, and enjoy the hospitality lounge.
