Ana celebrates “The Art of You”

Ana, a symbol of Emirati culture and culinary creativity, celebrated its grand relaunch on September 19 – where food, fragrance, and personal expression come together to create a unique sensory journey. With a new menu crafted by Research & Development Chef Nader ElSayed and a captivating collaboration with renowned perfumer Dominique Moellhausen, the relaunch marks a bold new chapter for the brand.

Ana now embraces *The Art of You*, offering a dining experience that celebrates individuality, community, and the rich heritage of the UAE. Meaning "I" in Arabic, Ana reflects the evolving identity of the Emirates, blending tradition with modernity through globally inspired Emirati cuisine.

For the relaunch, Ana partnered with Dominique Moellhausen, Perfumer and R&D Director at Moellhausen, to create a remarkable perfume and food pairing experience. Known for her trailblazing fragrances, Dominique’s vision of individuality and diversity perfectly aligns with Ana’s ethos. Together, they crafted a journey where scent and taste evoke memories, emotions, and a deeper bond with Emirati culture.

The event offered an immersive journey that began with a Perfume Archetype Session led by Dominique Moellhausen. Guests explored five distinct fragrance archetypes, each carefully paired with a dish curated by Chef Nader. This innovative experience allowed them to discover the powerful connection between scent and taste, evoking emotions and memories, and culminating in the reveal of their personal fragrance archetype linked to Ana's reimagined cuisine.

After the perfume session, Chef Nader presented a luncheon showcasing dishes that reflect the UAE’s evolving identity. Each dish tells a story, mirroring the rich, eclectic spirit of the Emirates and making the Ana experience deeply personal and unforgettable.

The perfume and food pairing experience will soon be available to the public.
