Parfums de Marly Introduces “Valaya Exclusif”

Parfums de Marly introduces Valaya Exclusif, an eau de parfum that builds upon the worldwide success of its predecessor, Valaya. The new fragrance offers an aura of powerful elegance that resonates with contemporary aesthetes. With a musky, woody floral composition, Valaya Exclusif balances freshness and sensuality.

The fragrance opens with a burst of mandarin and bergamot, followed by an armful of white flowers, with neroli taking the lead. The base is a rich combination of musk, wood, and vanilla, evoking the delicate sensuality of an 18th-century petticoat, known as "le secret." Valaya is defined by a fresh, cotton-like softness, and Valaya Exclusif enhances this with a velvety, richer heart.

Valaya Exclusif takes inspiration from the minimalist yet luxurious 18th-century court dress, blending precious materials to create a perfect harmony of opacity and transparency. Its rich, sensual notes—almond, vanilla, and white woods—wrap the skin in a silky aura, while the scent’s projection and long-lasting trail further elevate its presence.

Encased in a pure white flacon with silver detailing, Valaya Exclusif evokes the transparency and intricate embroidery associated with the period. The fragrance’s complex composition incorporates natural essences, captive molecules, and upcycled components, ensuring an exclusive signature and powerful impact.

A key feature of Valaya Exclusif is its unique blend of sandalwood and almond. The almond note, derived from the distillation of almond kernels, offers a subtly elegant gourmand undertone. The fragrance also incorporates Akigalawood™, an ingredient created through the recycling of Indonesian patchouli oil. This warm, vibrant note adds a spicy, woody depth to Valaya Exclusif, giving it an exceptional presence.

Valaya Exclusif will be available in 75 ml and 30 ml formats exclusively in Parfums de Marly boutiques on February 3 and on the website on January 20.
