XPENG Motors Debuts in the UAE

XPENG Motors, a leader in Smart Electric Vehicles, has officially launched in the UAE through its partnership with Ali & Sons Holding’s GSM subsidiary–marking XPENG’s first entry into the GCC region, expanding its global presence. This launch, coinciding with XPENG's 10th anniversary, highlights a decade dedicated to advancing Smart EV technology, intelligence, and service.

Supporting the UAE’s commitment to e-mobility and carbon neutrality by 2050, this partnership is a significant step forward in the nation’s strategy to increase electric vehicle adoption. The launch event, held on the terrace of Jumeirah Emirates Towers with the iconic Museum of the Future as a backdrop, welcomed over 200 guests, including representatives from the Dubai International Chamber of Commerce, DCAA, and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. Attendees explored XPENG’s innovative G6 and G9 SUV models, as well as the company’s futuristic 'Land Aircraft Carrier' modular flying car, underscoring XPENG’s dedication to performance and sustainability.

The G9, XPENG's luxury electric SUV, is celebrated as the world’s fastest-charging mass-production SUV, equipped with a comprehensive Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) for safety and comfort. With dual-chamber air suspension, the G9 delivers a smooth, high-performance ride, representing XPENG’s eight-year dedication to electric mobility innovation.

The G6, built on XPENG's SEPA2.0 EV platform, leverages 800-volt technology for ultra-fast charging, reaching 10% to 80% in under 20 minutes. Available in rear-wheel and all-wheel drive, the G6 includes the intuitive “Hey XPENG” voice control system and the immersive X-OPERA 5D sound system. In the G9, exterior speakers further enhance the audio experience. Two trim options include the RWD Long Range and AWD Performance, with the latter reaching 0-100 km/h in under four seconds, setting new standards in EV performance and smart technology.
