MG Motor Launches the MG HS
MG Motor has unveiled the new MG HS, a mid-size SUV that redefines the segment with its blend of style, performance, and advanced technology. The new model builds on the success of its award-winning predecessor, which was celebrated as the Middle East Car of the Year in 2020.
Designed to cater to younger buyers seeking style and performance, the new MG HS stands out with its sporty aesthetic and innovative features. Safety is a key focus, with the SUV earning a five-star Euro NCAP rating. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, including Intelligent Cruise Control, Automated Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning, and Blind Spot Information System, ensure both convenience and protection.
Under the bonnet, the MG HS provides two engine options tailored for performance and efficiency. Drivers can choose between a 1.5T engine delivering 173 hp with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission or a 2.0T engine producing 231 hp with a 9-speed automatic transmission.
Visually, the MG HS flaunts its ‘Hunting Eye’ LED headlights and full-length ‘The Shard’ LED taillights. Inside, the cabin combines premium materials with state-of-the-art technology. Dual 12.3-inch HD screens create an immersive digital cockpit experience alongside a BOSE audio system with eight speakers. Additional features such as dual-zone air conditioning, rain-sensing wipers, wireless phone charging, and seamless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration elevate the driving experience.
The MG HS is now available across the GCC, Iraq, and Jordan.
