Fusion Ceviche Brings the Best of Peruvian Seafood to Dubai

Time Out Market Dubai, the city’s celebrated food and cultural hub, introduces a new addition to its lineup this September, Fusion Ceviche. This chef-owned, homegrown Peruvian eatery has quickly gained a reputation for its dedication to quality, serving some of Dubai's finest ceviche since its inception in 2022.

Fusion Ceviche’s menu showcases bold Peruvian flavors, with dishes created exclusively for Time Out Market Dubai like Trio of Tiraditos, Salmon Chilli, Scallop Parmesan, and Sea Bass Pesto. Guests can enjoy a variety of ceviches, from the classic OG to fresh oysters and smoked salmon with mango, all crafted with meticulous attention to quality and detail.

Chef-founder Penelope Diaz has earned a devoted following with her innovative approach, including accolades like the Time Out Dubai Awards. After representing Peru at Expo 2020, Diaz opened the first Fusion Ceviche in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). Now, at Time Out Market Dubai, she continues sharing her passion for authentic Peruvian cuisine, using imported key ingredients to maintain authenticity.
