The Maine is Set to Launch in Bordum
Following the success of its debut in Ibiza last summer, The MAINE is set to inaugurate its second seasonal summer spot in Bodrum this June 2024. Nestled within the highly anticipated Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort, the coastal gem boasts a prime hilltop position offering sweeping vistas of the Aegean coast and beyond. The MAINE Bodrum joins an illustrious lineup of brands within the resort, including the likes of Wolfgang Puck's Spago from Beverly Hills, Caviar Kaspia, and the second outpost of the renowned Scorpios beach club concept from Mykonos.
Crafted by founder Joey Ghazal, The MAINE Bodrum echoes the dark, monastic, and brutalist interior aesthetic of its Ibiza counterpart. Illuminated predominantly by candlelight, this 150-seat dining haven offers both indoor and outdoor seating options, affording unobstructed views of the entire resort—a perfect setting for witnessing the sunset. Building upon the triumphs of their ventures in Dubai, London, and Ibiza, The MAINE Bodrum marks the group's sixth endeavor, ensuring the continuation of the signature experience synonymous with their brand: a fusion of classic grill fare, exquisite cocktails, and live entertainment.

The menu at The MAINE Bodrum ranges from an enticing raw bar to delectable hot and cold sharing starters, tantalizing pastas, fresh seafood, and prime cuts of steak and chops. Signature MAINE dishes such as sea bass ceviche, tomato carpaccio, chargrilled artichokes, sticky short ribs, lobster taglioni, and an extensive selection of grain-fed and grass-fed steak cuts are complemented by a diverse array of local and international wines. As with its sister locations, entertainment will be a focal point at The MAINE Bodrum, with daily live performances segueing into evenings filled with DJ sets, accompanied by bottle service for those seeking a more indulgent experience.
