Jil Sander introduces its debut fine jewellery collection, reinforcing its position as the pinnacle of luxury within OTB’s portfolio. The collection was first unveiled at the brand’s newly opened flagship store in Ginza, Tokyo, where it made its exclusive debut before rolling out to select stores worldwide. This move marks a significant step in Jil Sander’s growth, offering sophisticated design options for its discerning customers and expanding its lifestyle appeal, following the announcement of its premium fragrance line set to launch in January 2025.
The collection draws inspiration from nature—botany, water, and the cosmos—with light as the guiding principle. Crafted from 18k gold and lab-grown diamonds, each piece blends advanced goldsmith technology with traditional Italian craftsmanship. The designs are organic and archetypal, with unique hand-polished surfaces that highlight natural imperfections and create a sense of individuality, a hallmark of Jil Sander’s approach to design.
Notable pieces in the collection include the "Branch" series, which combines white gold, rhodium plating, and diamonds, with a hollow interior for lightness and comfort. The "Astral" necklace and bracelet feature a flat snake-chain design and yellow gold pendants with diamonds, inspired by celestial forms. Additionally, the "Drop" ring and earrings showcase smooth yellow gold in organic, elliptical shapes, pushing the limits of micro-casting and goldsmithing.
The Jil Sander’s jewellery collection will be rolled out across select stores globally in the coming months.
