Social Distancing with YUNGBLUD
We were amongst a crowd of around 40,000 people at a live punk rock concert in the midst of lockdown.
While the entire world is social distancing and staying at home, Yungblud decided he won't let that stop him from connecting with his friends/fans. 'Having the ability to connect with you ain’t gunna get taken away. Fuck that.' With shows getting cancelled and anxiety growing all over the world, a live stream concert came about on March 16, 2020.
Yungblud always vocalises his dedication to his art and vulnerable relationship with his fans. So, while many are panicking and looking for distractions, the Doncaster raised punk rock artist went live on YouTube to host the first ever #theyungbludshow. 'This is a time for our fookin hearts to be together'.
The hour long bedroom bred idea consisted of a cooking session with Oliver Tree, drinking games with Bella Thorne and Colson Baker, Q&As with Yungblud, and live performances by Yungblud and Machine Gun Kelly.
Don't worry if you missed it, it's published to be replayed as many times as you want: YUNGBLUD on YouTube.
